How we work
Effective change calls for good decision-making and practical solutions. CV preparation
We create a winning CV to engage recruiters and hiring managers by explicitly, yet succinctly highlighting strengths that have added value and enable organisations to achieve their goals. We recommend producing a master CV to tailor for different roles.
Personal marketing
We offer coaching in networking skills and find this is highly valued by our coachees. By understanding the process and skills required to network effectively this opens up many more opportunities. Good networking helps identify non-advertised jobs and a targeted approach saves time, energy and effort.
Interview coaching
Preparation and confidence building form part of the practice interview to increase awareness of the art of being interviewed and the skills and capabilities required. We focus strongly on interpersonal skills and the mental preparation for success.
Post interview reviews and ongoing support
Once in a new role an onboarding service is available to offer continuous support for the individual lasting for between two to six months.
